Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 4c44 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. This includes but is not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer or system failure. 4c44 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from technical interruptions.

4c44's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, however arising, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 4c44 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.

Amendments to These Terms

4c44 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time.
